This unit can provide 540L of water removal a day in an area up to 325 sq metres. Its compact size (for a high cfm dessicant) and its superior drying capability makes it perfect for high rise/contruction drying. This unit can also be used to dry out residential and commercial premises (depending on size).

Desiccant Dehumidifiers in comparison to typical refrigerant dehumidification provides more aggressive drying with much lower dew points. Perfect for releasing bound moisture in porous concrete in area wide catastrophe flooding.

Typical Use

  • Water Damage Restoration – Provides a low dew point air stream that will remove moisture from building materials which have water damage due to floods, storms and pipe bursts. They will quickly dry out wet buildings and structures to prevent mould growth. The use of this equipment reduces degradation of building materials and lowers the risk of mould due to high moisture levels.
  • High Rise Water Damage – With the ability to fit into a freight elevator, this unit has the ability to dry out entire levels provided there is sufficient air distribution (eg. via air movers).
  • New Construction Dehumidification – Speed the drying and during of construction materials. It also helps prevent odors and poor air quality due to microbial growth and mould.
