This industrial HEPA vacuum unit is for serious mould remediation projects. It has dual motors and contains a HEPA filter inside it. The HEPA filter inside ensures mould spores which are being sucked in are deposited inside the HEPA rated vacuum bag and filter media rather than blasting out the other side.

Many mould guidelines and standards suggest surfaces need to be vacuumed with a HEPA rated vacuum cleaner to remove mould spores from the surfaces. This process is done before the surfaces are wiped. No mould spores can remain on surfaces otherwise you risk an unsuccessful remediation.

Need a clearance from an environmental professional? We strongly suggest the “HEPA sandwich” technique. It contains 3 steps – HEPA vacuuming the surface, wiping the surface down then HEPA vacuuming the surface again. This will help ensure the effectiveness of the clean.

Our team have successfully used this unit for several years in our restoration division and have had great success. Just to clarify; this is NOT your standard vacuum. It is designed specifically for hazardous waste and has tight controls to ensure there is minimal leakage of contaminant in the air. All our HEPA filter cartridges are regularly serviced and replaced.

To help achieve a successful remediation, we suggest using our industrial rated our HEPA vacuum. It is more powerful than your standard vacuum as it has 2 motors industrial sized motors. This gives you maximum suction to the surface so you can catch those mould spores.

We also provide a kit which includes a range of different fittings including a vacuum brush tip used to clean surfaces. The vacuum has plenty of length so you can reach those awkward to reach surfaces. We can also supply long vacuum poles so you can reach ceilings and high up surfaces without the use of a ladder.

    This vacuum can be used to vacuum hazardous materials such as lead, glass, cement, silica. This vacuum is NOT to be use for ASBESTOS.
