Commercial Dehumidifier

These dehumidifiers are highly efficient in drying large spaces, with up to 90L per day of water removed in 90% RH environments. This commercial dehumidifier is effective in industrial and commercial settings, where heavy use may be required. It is also highly effective in residential settings. For small spaces, it may be important to use the humidistat control at 40% to prevent potential warping of doors, as this unit may be so effective that it draws moisture from unintended places. 40% is sufficient to remove moisture in the air but leave fixtures such as doors unwarped. These units are compatible with ducting, meaning that you can direct dry air out into the intended space, if the unit is too large or inconvenient to place where it needs to be. It can also be used to set up positive, neutral or negative airing environments.

Tips and Tricks

One factor to consider with these unit is that you will need 2 people and a van / ute to transport them since they weigh  roughly ~50Kg. Also, they cannot be laid down in transport and must be standing up. If this is an issue, then we recommend downsizing to a smaller dehumidifier.

We recommend to use between 2 to 4 fans along with the dehumidifier. This is to help circulate the air in rooms, ensuring the most effective and speedy remediation.

With a power draw of less than 4 amps, this category of dehumidifier is perfect for use in large residential floods and commercial establishments.
