Advantages
The main advantage over other Air Scrubbers available is that the A 1000 is light and compact and pushes out more air than a competing air scrubber around the same size. We can get around 600cfm out of these units and they are smaller than our 410 cfm units.
This is because of the filter design inside. It has a v bank setup of filters. They are shaped in a ‘V’ rather than a flat surface. This allows higher airflow and efficiency of air. The A 1000 is also light and can be rolled on castors. This is a consideration for office environments where office staff may need to move it around according to needs throughout the day.
Disadvantages
The cost of the unit is higher as well as the replaceable consumables. However, it may work our cheaper to hire 1 unit than 2 of our smaller HEPA units.
No Asbestos
Please do not use our HEPA filtration units with asbestos. If asbestos is found in the filter, we will need to charge for decontamination and for a new primary filter
A prefilter will need to be purchased for every week of use – $30 Inc GST
